JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Brand operations assistant to join the our team.
This is a hybrid role combining admin support, creative coordination, and hands-on assistance during shoots and studio days.

Our studio is based in Peterborough, but the role will also involve working remotely and occasionally travelling for shoots in London, Manchester or abroad.

You’ll play an essential role in keeping the brand running smoothly and bringing our creative projects to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing emails, calendars, and schedules
• Assisting with photoshoots and content days
• Coordinating models, stylists, and logistics
• Supporting with stock organisation and studio prep
• Helping with influencer send-outs and PR packages
• Providing general admin and brand support

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with multiple people at once. They enjoy both admin and creative tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for fashion and content creation. Must be comfortable assisting on shoot days and appearing in content if needed.
